Online peptide therapy

Telehealth programs that prescribe peptides and GLP-1s after an online visit, described from their own sites. Each profile lists the prescriber type, the pharmacy model, whether labs are required, the states served and the pricing the program published on the date shown. A listing is not an endorsement.

This page reports what published studies found. It is not medical advice, no provider-patient relationship is created by reading it, and nothing here is a recommendation to use any compound. Talk with a licensed clinician about your own situation. Read the full disclaimer.

How online peptide programs work

  1. Intake. An online questionnaire about history, symptoms and goals. Some programs add a lab panel here; others do not.
  2. Licensed prescriber visit.A physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensed in the patient's state reviews the intake by questionnaire, phone or video, as state law allows, and decides whether any prescription is appropriate.
  3. Prescription. If one is written, it names a specific product: an FDA-approved drug, or a compounded preparation that is not FDA-approved.
  4. Licensed U.S. pharmacy ships. Usually a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the prescription and ships it directly, often overnight in cold packs.

How to compare programs

Search results for the “best online peptide clinic” rarely explain what to compare. These six points are what actually differ between programs; each profile below records them as published.

  • Prescriber type. Physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and whether the visit is live or an asynchronous review.
  • Pharmacy model.Named 503A compounding partners, the program's own pharmacy, or brand-name products sent to a pharmacy of choice.
  • Labs. Whether bloodwork is required before a prescription, how often it is repeated, and whether outside results are accepted.
  • State coverage. Which states the program serves; several exclude specific states, and some medications are restricted further.
  • Published pricing. Whether prices are on the site, what they include (visit, shipping, membership) and whether they hold as a prescription changes.
  • Prescribable vs research-only. Which of the listed compounds can lawfully be prescribed and compounded, versus those that exist only as research chemicals. Our compound profiles carry a regulatory block for each one.

Frequently asked questions

How does online peptide therapy work?

A program takes an online intake, a licensed prescriber (a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, depending on the program and state) reviews it by questionnaire, phone or video, and if a prescription is appropriate a licensed U.S. pharmacy, usually a 503A compounding pharmacy, prepares and ships it. The program is the front door; the prescriber and the pharmacy are the regulated parts.

Which peptides are prescribable online?

It depends on the compound and the state. FDA-approved products such as semaglutide and tirzepatide pens can be prescribed anywhere. Compounded versions and peptides such as sermorelin, tesamorelin, BPC-157 or GHK-Cu depend on whether a compounding pharmacy may prepare them; the regulatory block on each compound page states what we know. Anything sold as research use only is not a prescription product.

Do these programs require bloodwork?

Some do and some do not. Lab-first programs such as Hone Health and TRT Nation order a panel before most prescriptions; questionnaire-first programs such as ShedRx, Strut Health and Live Vital do not list a lab requirement. The comparison table shows which is which.

Why do prices vary so much?

Programs price differently: some quote a flat monthly figure that includes the visit and shipping, some charge a membership plus medication, some show nothing until after intake. The figures here are what each site published on the date shown and change often, so confirm on the program's own site.

Is a listing here an endorsement?

No. Programs are listed because they publish a telehealth peptide or GLP-1 service in the United States. We do not verify licensure or quality of care, and some links are affiliate links, which is disclosed above the cards and never changes the order.

What if no program serves my state?

Availability varies by state and by medication, and several programs exclude specific states. The clinic directory lists in-person options by state and city, and each program profile states the coverage it publishes.

Prefer in person?

The clinic directory lists peptide, weight-loss and hormone clinics by state and city from public sources.
