We work to keep pages accurate and cite our sources so you can check them, but research and regulation change and errors happen. Pages are provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. We may change, withdraw, or correct any page at any time; our editorial policy describes how.

Clinics, telehealth programs, and vendors listed here are independent businesses we do not control. A listing or link is not an endorsement and is not a representation about licensure, safety, legality, quality, or price. Some links are paid, as described on How we make money. Products sold by research-chemical vendors are labeled not for human use, and nothing here alters that. Your dealings with any third party are governed by that party’s terms.

By claiming a listing you represent that you are authorized to act for that clinic, that what you submit is truthful and lawful to publish, and you grant us permission to display it. We may edit for length or format, decline a claim, or remove a listing at our discretion.

You may read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts of the site with attribution. You may not scrape it at scale, republish substantial parts of it, or use it to train models without written permission. Our calculators may be embedded where we offer an embed code, unmodified and with the attribution link intact.
