In the Northern District of Indiana, the operators of Paradigm Peptides entered guilty pleas on 10 December 2025 over products sold as SARMs that in fact contained testosterone and over unapproved peptide and hCG products; both were sentenced in July 2026. Separately, payment processors have been withdrawing from this category, which is why so many storefronts route buyers to crypto, Zelle or bank wire rather than a card.
