How the arithmetic works
Vial milligrams divided by water millilitres gives concentration. The study's amount divided by that concentration gives a volume, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per millilitre. The general reconstitution calculator does the same arithmetic for any amount you type.

Is this a recommended Cagrilintide dose?
No. Each option is a regimen a cited study administered to the population that study enrolled, listed so readers can see what was tested. The calculator only converts that amount into a syringe volume for a vial size you choose.
Why do some regimens show no arithmetic?
Regimens expressed per kilogram of body weight, or without a single fixed amount, have nothing to reproduce without information this site does not ask for.
Why does the population matter?
An amount given to rats in a laboratory, to healthy volunteers, or to patients with a specific condition says nothing about any other group. The study type, species and sample size are shown with every source on the compound page.
Where do the vial sizes come from?
They are common vial sizes for this compound. Changing the vial size or the water volume changes the units per draw but never the amount the study reported.
